Anselm Hall Remodel Complete!

It takes more than outstanding faculty and an execellent priestly formation program to prepare the very best priests. It takes quality facilities too.We needed more rooms for our seminarians and our supporters stepped in to help.

Since 1995, first-year seminarians have lived in modular units. These rooms were physically disconnected from other parts of the Seminary and were not conducive to study. Renovation of Anselm Hall provides much needed residence rooms to replace the out-dated modular units known as Subiacco.

Mount Angel Seminary has experienced rapid growth in its seminarian enrollment during the past 15 years. This fall we welcomed more than 180 seminarians. The newly remodeled Anselm building provides much needed lodging, chapel and meeting rooms. Sincere thanks from the monks of Mount Angel Abbey and from the seminarians enjoying these much needed rooms.
